Acceptable File Formats
Preferred Formats:
Adobe Acrobat PDF
*Be sure the PDF is "Press Optimized"
*Embed all Fonts
*DO NOT USE RBG images in your PDF
Unless the selected format embeds images and fonts, please send any images and fonts used in the layout along with the layout document.
Please Note:
*TIFF or JPG files should be at least 300 DPI, grayscale or CMYK. Images that include text should be at least 600 DPI.
*Images copied, taken or captured from websites are usually only 72 DPI and will look jagged when printed, please do not use or send images from a website.
We do not acccept:
*Microsoft Publisher files
*Multiple Master fonts
(Please use Postcript fonts if possible)

| *Self-Extracting Archives (.sea) are also acceptable but are usually | |||||

| *In the body of your email, please include a list of the files that are in your | |||||

| *Send all email/attachments to graphics@gloucestergraphics.com. Please | |||||
| state in the body of the message to whom the files should be directed--this | |||||
| will expedite delivery of your message to the correct contact. | |||||
| To send files on Disk: | |||||
| *100 MB Zip Disk, CD, or DVD. Please include a printed proof and a list of files | |||||
| included on your disk. | |||||

| PC USERS: For best results, please export your file with as a PDF file with | ||
